Privacy policy

Version 0.1 (robocza), 16.09.2026

This policy explains what data we collect on pulsecallcc.com, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

PulseCallCC LTD, Company Number 17101492, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Contact for personal data matters: dokumenty@pulsecallcc.com.

2. What data we collect

Consultation form (client pages): name, phone number, consent to be contacted.

Application form (Career pages): name, e-mail, phone number, call center experience, consent for the current recruitment and — if you tick it — consent for future recruitment.

With every form we also record the date and time, the language and page of the form and the version of the consent text.

Server logs: IP address, time, page address and browser type.

Visit statistics: we count visits and clicks without cookies and without the content of forms.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Contacting you about a consultation — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The current recruitment — your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Future recruitment — only with a separate, optional consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Website security and abuse prevention (server logs) — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who receives the data

OVH — the server running the website and our recruitment system (Germany, Frankfurt).

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) — sends the recruitment system's e-mails to candidates.

Zoho Mail (EU data centre) — the mailbox our people reply from.

BulkGate (TOPefekt s.r.o., Šumperk, Czech Republic) — text messages to candidates.

Telegram — a short notice about a new candidate (name only, no phone or e-mail) goes to our team leaders' chat, and a consultation request (name and phone) goes to the person handling sales. Telegram operates outside the European Economic Area: the controller is Telegram Messenger Inc., which has appointed an EU representative (European Data Protection Office) and applies standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission within its group. That is why we send Telegram as little as possible: for a candidate, the first name only.

We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep the data

Application without consent for future recruitment — 6 months from the application date, then the data is automatically anonymised.

Application with consent for future recruitment — 12 months from the application date or until you withdraw consent.

If you become our employee or contractor, our rules for staff data apply from then on.

Consultation request — 7 days after delivery in our intake system. The notification itself stays in our team's private chat until we delete it; it does not disappear on its own. Only our team leaders and the person handling sales have access to that chat.

Server logs — up to 15 days.

Database backups — 14 days at most, then they are deleted.

Proof of consent (text version and date, without contact details) is kept longer so that we can show consent was given.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object.

You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before withdrawal. You can also unsubscribe from e-mails with the link in the footer.

To use your rights, write to dokumenty@pulsecallcc.com.

You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
